Better Results Through Collaborative Care

Healing rarely happens through one provider alone. Whether you're working with a physical therapist, chiropractor, physician, mental health professional, coach, or another specialist, my goal is to be part of a team that supports your health from multiple angles.

This belief became especially clear to me during my own ACL reconstruction rehab process. I had excellent medical care, a dedicated physical therapist, and a structured rehabilitation plan, but I also found myself needing something that wasn't fully addressed by exercises, measurements, and milestones alone. I needed maunal therapy that also helped me feel connected to my body again. I found I was being touched and moved a lot, but it was often clinical manipulation, and rarely felt like compassionate touch.

That experience reinforced something I inherently know, but is easy to forget, that healing is both physical and emotional.

That is why I believe progress notes and cross-provider support and communication is so valuable. With your permission, I communicate with members of your healthcare team to share relevant observations, treatment goals, and progress updates. I believe when providers are working toward the same outcomes, care becomes more coordinated, intentional, and effective.

Massage therapy occupies a unique space that weaves the clinical and emotional aspects of health. We can address tissue quality, mobility, recovery, and injury prevention much like a physical therapy, while also supporting nervous system regulation, stress resilience, and body awareness.

My role is to help connect those pieces so that you receive the most complete care possible, no matter how large or small your care team is at the moment.

Reach out to book, and let’s get your body operating optimally.

With care,

Tatiana
